1. Age and Identification Requirements

Adult-use customers must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID. Medical cannabis may be purchased by qualifying Maryland patients and registered caregivers in accordance with Maryland law. A valid ID and any required medical credentials must be presented at pickup.

2. Children and Guests

Access to the dispensary is limited as required by Maryland law. Children younger than 8 may enter only when accompanied for the entire visit by a qualifying patient or registered caregiver.

3. Store Policies

Backpacks and large bags are not permitted beyond the lobby. Please limit phone use while inside the dispensary. Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. Cannabis Safety

Cannabis may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Keep cannabis products out of reach of children and animals. Do not consume cannabis on the premises. Maryland Poison Center: 1-800-222-1222.

5. Compliance with Laws

All transactions must comply with Maryland cannabis laws, regulations, and possession limits. Any illegal activity involving products purchased from us is strictly prohibited.

6. Product Use

Cannabis products are for personal use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while under the influence. Effects may vary; consume responsibly.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to state regulations, all cannabis product sales are final. Non-cannabis merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt, subject to manager approval.

8. Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions before completing a transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mint Green or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer data.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Copy, scrape, or extract data from our website without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mint Green is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mint Green, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

14. Give 25% / Get 25% Referral Program

The Give 25% / Get 25% Referral Program is available only to eligible existing Mint Green customers with a customer account that Mint Green can verify. Referring customers must be at least 21 years old and satisfy all applicable identification, age-verification, and legal requirements. Eligible customers may share the Mint Green referral page or checkout QR code voluntarily.

A referral reward is available only when an eligible new customer completes their first purchase, gives the Mint Green team the referring customer’s name, and Mint Green verifies the referring customer’s existing account. After that qualifying first purchase, the referring customer and the referred customer each receive 25% off any regular-priced item. There is no cap on eligible referrals or earned referral rewards. Each referred customer may qualify only once. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or phone numbers, referrals made for commercial purposes, and fraudulent or abusive activity are prohibited.

Referral rewards have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may not be combined with other offers unless Mint Green expressly states otherwise. Product availability, eligibility, and all discounts remain subject to Maryland law and Mint Green’s verification procedures. Mint Green may withhold, cancel, or adjust a referral reward when it reasonably determines that these terms have been violated or an error has occurred.

Participation in the referral program does not require consent to receive text messages. Text messages about a referral link or referral-reward status are sent only to customers who separately opt in, as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new revision date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
